 Tenure of Controller of Examination

The Examination Section is the backbone of the University system through which both entry and exit of the students are ensured. Conduct of examinations and declaration of results are the most important activities of the examination section.

The section involves in pre-examination works (issue of roll No./admit cards, question papers setting, issue of answerbooks), examinations works (supply of question papers), and post examination works (verification and declaration of results, tabulation/grade entries, issue of gradesheets, to resolve issues of UFM’s/grievances). In addition to the above, the section involves in M.Phil./Ph.D. related evaluation/viva activities and award of degrees. It also involves in issue of various certificates like transcript/provisional degree/migration/first rank certificates, etc. and conduct of convocations.

The Examination Section is headed by Controllor of Examinations and having a team of officers and staff to look after the examination related works.
