The Department of History in the Satellite Centre, Amethi was established in the year 2020 after restructuring of the Department of Social Sciences and Commerce. The Department of Social Sciences and Commerce was established in the year 2016 under BBAU Satellite Centre, Amethi. The department is dedicated to promote teaching and research in the emerging fields of History. The department has one teacher. Presently, the department is offering undergraduate and post-graduate course is B.A. and M.A. (History) and it also plans to offer Ph.D. program. The department has well established and provides better facilities
